About Me

As a Global CHRO and transformation leader, I partner with senior executives to shape their organization strategy by aligning structure, culture, and talent to drive high performance, optimize engagement, and develop strong leaders. My leadership and consulting experience spans technology and digital, omni-channel retail, media, CPG, and non-profit industries, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions and complex, large-scale change.

I work with growing small and medium-sized businesses to ramp up their People Practices and Operations to build a strong HR strategy that attracts, retains, and develops the best talent for your organization. I work with you to navigate complex workforce issues, create effective talent strategies, develop your leaders, and build and scale your People Teams.

In addition to raising three daughters with my husband, I enjoy spending time in my community. I am a Board Member of the California Association of Student Councils (CASC), an organization I participated in as a Middle and High School student, and now my daughters participates in. I have been a Board Member for Marin Advocates for Children, was Board President for the Bay Area Organization Development Network, and a Girl Scout Troop Leader. I am most proud to be the winner of the prestigious Gap Inc. Founders Award for my work advocating for foster children.
